Information we collect
We collect the account details you provide when you register — name, work email and the role assigned to you — along with the deal, document, investor and portfolio information you or your colleagues enter into the platform.
How we use it
Information is used to operate the platform: authenticating you, showing the pages your role permits, generating memos and reports you request, and keeping an activity record of significant changes for audit purposes.
Access and security
Access is restricted by role. Data is held in an encrypted, access-controlled database and every table enforces row-level security so users only see records they are entitled to. Passwords are never stored in readable form and are checked against known breach lists.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Data is shared only with service providers required to run the platform (hosting, database, authentication and AI processing of documents you submit) and where required by law.
Retention and your choices
Records are retained for as long as your account is active or as required for legal and regulatory obligations. You may request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your personal information by contacting your administrator.
